Australia’s ON THE ROAD Magazine: BagButton Article.

Simple Storage

Some travel items – such as a favorite quilt, or a few spare jumpers and jackets – can be essential to pack but can also be a bit of a pain as they take up so much valuable packing space. However, a new product can help save space and to also keep your belongings safe from moisture and dust – the BagButton.

The concept behind the BagButton is simple; it allows the user to extract the air inside plastic bags used for storage. The device can be used with your own plastic bags or garbage bags and then needs only a vacuum cleaner to do the job. Use the BagButton and its o-ring to create a secure seal on your bag, then attach the hose from your vacuum cleaner to remove the air from the bag, remove the BagButton and tie off the plastic bag.

As well as bulky items, the BagButton can be used to “seal” valuable documents, food, sleeping bags and more.

The BagButton costs 14.95 and is available from the On The Road Country Store and on line at http://www.ontheroad.com.au/ . For more information on the BagButton visit http://www.bagbutton.com.au/ .
